Your account and saved work
Registration stores your name, email address, randomly salted password hash, hashed recovery code and account identifier in PARALLEL’s separate Hostinger MySQL database. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored in plaintext. Email addresses are not verified by email, and an email address alone is not proof of account ownership. Save the recovery code shown once after registration; recovery emails are not sent.
We store account saves, revision timestamps, first sign-in, latest visit and optional package-interest responses. The owner can view an account overview with contact information, visits and interest choices. Customer records are scoped to the signed-in account. The privileged owner account is separate from customer registration.
Sessions and recovery
An HTTP-only secure session cookie expires after eight hours. The database stores a hash of its random identifier. Signing out revokes the current session. Account recovery replaces the recovery code and invalidates previous customer sessions. Anyone with your email and recovery code can reset your password; keep the code private.
Payments
When checkout is enabled, PayPal processes payments. PARALLEL stores the package, USD amount, order and capture references, verified status, payment time, access expiry and payment-review holds. Card details stay with PayPal and your payment provider. A return from PayPal alone does not activate access. Refunds, reversals and disputes can pause paid access. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
Browser storage
Language preferences are stored locally. Temporary simulator and planner drafts and report assumptions can be kept in session storage to restore work after sign-in or produce a report. The opening checklist is held in page memory. Clearing browser storage can remove preferences and unsaved work, but does not delete account saves.
Advertising and analytics
This release includes an AdSense account-verification meta tag and ads.txt seller record for Nylia Digital. These do not request ads. No advertising JavaScript or Google Analytics tag is installed. Displaying ads still requires Google approval, verified category restrictions and suitable consent controls. Nonessential advertising must not load until those requirements are met.
Hosting, support and choices
Hostinger processes requests, operational logs and backups. Mail providers process support messages. We do not automatically send marketing emails. You can delete saved simulator runs in your account. For access, correction, export or deletion of remaining account data, contact nyliatech@gmail.com. We verify requests; an email address alone is not sufficient proof. Account data is retained while needed for the service; inactive-account deletion is not automated. Logs and backups follow provider retention arrangements. Do not include confidential business, card or identity documents in planning inputs.
Children and external services
PARALLEL is a general business-learning tool, not directed to children under 13. External websites have their own notices.
